Can’t say enough nice things! I was on my way from Chicago traveling to Kansas to pick up my daughter when my car started making a weird noise and the oil light went on. Not knowing anything about cars pulled off and went to the nearest mechanic. They checked my whole car and could have told me anything and I honestly would have believed them and paid and went on my way. What they did however, is tell me nothing was wrong, just an oil sensor and as for the noise, also nothing( we won’t divulge what it actually was because it will only perpetuate the concept of idiot woman drivers 😂) they got me back on the road and safely to Kansas and I couldn’t be more appreciative of their honesty and caring for this momma!

They did a great job with my alignment on my car. I took it to Merlin's to have work done, only because it's by my house. Well the short of it, they messed it up. Took it to Archer's and they fixed it in no time. I will definitely be going out of my way to bring my vehicles here for now on instead of a second rate place.

I have been into this shop 2 times now for the same exact alignment. I just got it back from the shop and the steering wheel is not at all straight. Mind you that was already my second time in. I turned around and I told the shop. Now I have to go back next week to get it fixed yet again. Also when I was in there today I had some other work done as well and for everything including the alignment they said it be 2 hours max and I was there for 5 hours with no updates about my truck. It’s not how long it took it’s the fact that no one updated me and told me it would be an additional 2 to 3 hours. If I could I’d give this place a half star.
I am sorry you had a bad experience with us Chase. I did let you know the 1st time we aligned your vehicle that if the punchouts had to be done at a later time that it was usually something people drop off the vehicle for. When you asked me this morning how long I did tell you that it was usually only a couple hour process. With the vehicle being a 1997, unfortunately it required complete removal of the control arm versus being able to do it with the arm installed. You are always welcome to talk to me and ask for an update on your vehicle, which did not happen. We do apologize that the appointment took longer than we originally thought, but this does happen. I did offer to correct the steering wheel this afternoon, but could not do it in your requested timeline. I have plenty of openings prior to your appointment, unfortunately schedules conflict. It was not necessary for you to yell, or to make obscene gestures as you pulled away.
